ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY
Certain features on our Website allow for enrollment in Live Instructional Programs and Interactive Workshops (collectively, “Educational Services”). By enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Program Features: Your enrollment provides access to real-time, instructor-led workshops, live video seminars, and interactive Q&A sessions.
Community Interaction: Participants gain access to dedicated Course Groups for peer interaction and direct instructor feedback.
Instructional Nature: All materials provided (video recordings, audio, or PDFs) are supplemental aids to the live instruction and are not sold as standalone digital goods.
TUITION & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tuition must be paid in full or via an approved installment plan prior to the start of the program.
Pay-in-Full Discount: We may offer a reduced tuition rate for participants who pay their full program fee upfront.
Installment Plans: For your convenience, we may offer monthly installment options. By selecting an installment plan, you agree to:
- Complete all scheduled payments regardless of your attendance at live sessions.
- Failed Payments: If an installment fails, access to the Live Sessions and the Course Community Group will be suspended until the account is brought current.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Because our programs involve live instructors and limited seating, we follow a strict refund schedule to ensure fair compensation for our faculty:
- Full Refund: Available if requested in writing at least seven [7] days prior to the first live session.
- Partial Refund: Requests made within 24 hours of the start date may be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- No Refunds: Once the program has commenced and the first live session has been held, no refunds will be issued.
- Non-Attendance: Tuition is not refundable due to a participant’s inability to attend live sessions. Recordings are provided as a courtesy for missed sessions but do not constitute a basis for a refund.
PROGRAM CHANGES
East Coast Village reserves the right to reschedule live sessions or change instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. If a session is canceled by us, a makeup date will be provided. If the makeup date is not feasible for the majority of participants, a pro-rated credit for future programs may be issued at our discretion.
STUDENT CONDUCT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programs are sold as a single-user license. Enrollment is for the individual participant only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account login credentials, meeting links, or private course group access with any third party.
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing, or “ripping” any live instructional sessions, whether via software, hardware, or external recording devices.
All course content, including live lectures, presentation slides, audio clips, and digital handouts, are the exclusive intellectual property of East Coast Village and/or the respective Instructors.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any course materials or recordings—including those made available in the student portal—to any person or platform (such as YouTube, social media, or file-sharing sites) without express written consent.
If we detect unauthorized sharing of credentials or distribution of content, your access will be immediately revoked without a refund.
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
All information, services, and content provided through East Coast Village are for informational and educational purposes only. Our programs are designed to provide a framework for learning and community discussion. Nothing contained in our live sessions, community groups, or course materials should be construed as professional advice (including, but not limited to, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice). You should always seek the advice of a qualified professional in the relevant field before making decisions based on the educational concepts discussed in our programs.
While we strive to provide high-quality instructional programming, East Coast Village makes no guarantees regarding the specific results or outcomes you may achieve from participating in our programs. Your success depends on your own effort, dedication, and application of the material.
WE PROVIDE OUR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. THIS MEANS:
“AS-IS”: YOU ACCEPT OUR PROGRAMS IN THEIR CURRENT STATE. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE INSTRUCTION WILL MEET YOUR PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS OR THAT THE CONTENT IS FREE FROM ERRORS. YOU ARE PURCHASING THE ENROLLMENT BASED ON THE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
“AS-AVAILABLE”: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR WEBSITE, THE COMMUNITY GROUPS, OR THE LIVE VIDEO STREAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. TECH GLITCHES, INTERNET OUTAGES, OR SERVER DOWNTIME MAY OCCUR. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE LIVE SESSIONS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EAST COAST VILLAGE (INCLUDING OUR INSTRUCTORS AND STAFF) FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF YOUR ENROLLMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF TUITION PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM IN QUESTION.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EAST COAST VILLAGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY “INDIRECT” OR “CONSEQUENTIAL” LOSSES. THIS MEANS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, OR PERSONAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT PROVIDED. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION IS TO CEASE USING THE SERVICES AND, IF ELIGIBLE, REQUEST A REFUND ACCORDING TO OUR POSTED POLICY.
