RITUAL HEALING VILLAGE 9-DAY ENCAMPMENT
A journey of return & remembrance
Upcoming Session: August 21 - 29, 2026
The Ritual Healing Village 9-day Encampment is not a retreat or a glamping experience. It is a return, a remembering of how to be in relationship with the land, ancestors, elements, and community. The encampment is a ceremonial village, designed to support deep personal healing while weaving participants into a collective field of mutual presence and belonging.
Rooted in Indigenous African ritual and spirit technologies - as passed on by Elder Malidoma Somé - this encampment brings you into a sacred container where you will be seen, held, and transformed.
Is this journey for you?
The Ritual Healing Village Encampment is for those who feel a true call toward ritual work and elemental initiation. It is for people who sense that something in their life is ready to be met directly, a rite of passage into becoming.

I enjoyed being in the wild forest and sleeping in a tent and being buried in the earth (with my head out) and all the fires and beautiful brave souls.
The Ritual Healing Village is an initiatory container. It is not passive, and it is not gentle in the way modern retreats often are. The work here is direct and deeply ceremonial. The "Village" is a temporary threshold, a place that you step into when you are prepared to journey down the rabbit hole; call upon the ancestors and forces of nature; and walk forward carrying what you have learned back into your life.
Across nine intense days in the rustic woodlands of the East Coast Village, you will enter a sequence of intentional ritual encounters with the elemental forces of fire, water, earth, nature and mineral. Each element is approached as a teacher, an initiator, and a mirror, inviting you into direct relationship with their power and wisdom. These encounters may stir emotional release, ancestral memory, physical sensations, and profound insight.

During the encampment, participants are guided into direct communion with nature; listening, observing, and engaging with nature spirits and elemental intelligences. These moments deepen your relationship, humility, and attunement, reminding us that healing does not happen apart from the unseen world of Ancestors and Nature.
- If you’ve been walking the edges of your own becoming…
- If you’re seeking community, connection and clarity…
- If the Earth, the Ancestors, or your dreams have been calling…
Then this is your invitation.
We welcome you to take your place by the ancestral fire.
