The Grief Ritual is open to all. Come home. It’s time to grieve.
Love Donation: $75 (includes lunch). Coffee/tea and light snacks provided. A commuter fee of $20 is charged for all visitors. If there is more than one person in your party, please update the quantity box accordingly.
Fees include donation plus commuter fee or overnight stay based on your selection.
If you prefer to pay onsite, plan to arrive before the program begins, with cash or check made payable to the Ancestral Wisdom Bridge Foundation.
This ritual creates a sacred space of healing following the traditional model of the Dagara grief ritual. It is an invitation to release the painful stories of loss our bellies hold. Grieving in community allows us to cleanse, purify and heal the wounds that block us from feeling fully whole. This ritual seeks to recover the joy of life that we are meant to experience.
Come home. It’s time to grieve.

Saturday, July 22nd @ 9 AM, promptly.
We welcome you to come Friday evening as the program begins promptly at 9 AM Saturday. And, you may also wish to stay overnight to depart on Sunday as the ritual may end late in the evening.
Lunch provided.
Fee free to visit the Beer Diviner Brewery during your overnight stay. Lodging fees (if staying overnight) and commuter fee apply when visiting the Land.
If lodging overnight, Friday or Saturday, please be aware that you are on your own as far as meals and activity. The fire circle is always ready to welcome you! Or you may hop over to the Beer Diviner for pub food and divine beer!

WHAT TO BRING
- pictures of your ancestors (laminated in the event of rain, not originals, make sure no living persons are included in photos) or items and/or symbols that represent ancestors
- Flowers, decorations for the shrines
- personal water bottles
