PURCHASE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products are items shipped to the customer and are subject to special return, refund and cancellation policies.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days after order processing. Processing times may vary depending on the product and will be indicated during check out. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Shipping Methods. We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers can view shipping costs during the checkout process.

Tracking Orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package is unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the default return address. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address.

NOTE: reshipments will incur additional shipping fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Some items (e.g., personalized, or digital goods) are not eligible for returns.

Return Process. Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a five percent (5%) restocking fee will apply to returns. Return shipping will be at your own expense. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Contact our customer support for assistance.

PRINT ON DEMAND MERCHANDISE

Below are some guidelines for ordering custom printed merchandise (t-shirts, etc.)

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently we ship only within the US and Canada.

When will I get my order?

Most products are custom or printed on demand as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and waste, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

The average order fulfillment takes 2 – 5 business days for production, plus shipping times. Estimated delivery (EDT) will be shown at checkout. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Products being out of stock.
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions.

If the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email and we’ll take a look.

POD PRODUCT OPTIONS

Apparel

Apparel products are generally packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.

Lifestyle

Mugs, water bottles, tumblers, and candles are packaged in cardboard boxes. To pack stickers, we use kraft envelopes or resealable plastic bags with stay-flat inserts, depending on the location. Similarly, we use kraft envelopes to package greeting cards and postcards.

Wall Art

Canvases and framed posters also come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions from 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in.

Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch. Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. 

Are all products in an order shipped together?

Some of products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products that may ship separately:

POD RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We will happily provide a replacement or refund for any items misprinted/damaged/defective, free of cost, within 7 days after the product has been received. If you need to report an issue, contact us immediately.

We do not offer refunds or replacements in case of  buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordered, or missing packages shown to be delivered by the carrier. If your package cannot be found once delivered, please file a claim with the carrier or contact your local law enforcement.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or when shipped.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Order Acceptance Policy. Your purchase does not constitute confirmation of acceptance from us. We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by EAST COAST VILLAGE upon delivery of products or services that you have ordered or once you are granted access to the subscription Content.


No Responsibility to Sell Mispriced Products or Services. We do our best to describe every item, product, service, or subscription offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we are human, and therefore we do not warrant that specifications or pricing on the Site will be complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications of any item, product, service or subscription, EAST COAST VILLAGE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in its sole discretion. If we charge your credit card prior to cancellation, we will issue a full refund.


Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms. The purchase of products and services on our Websites is subject to availability. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DISPLAYED ON THE SITE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES AND MAY BE SUBSTITUTED OR DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE OUR PRICES AND BILLING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE SITE OR BY E-MAIL DELIVERY TO YOU.

Availability. The subscriber acknowledges that since the Internet is neither owned nor controlled by any one entity, EAST COAST VILLAGE make no guarantees that any given subscriber will be able to access the Subscription Content or the Site at any given time, and except as otherwise specifically provided herein, We shall not be liable to subscriber for failure of accessibility to the Subscription Content or our Websites.
