OUR LOCATION

ECV Entrance

The East Coast Village, the Village or ECV, is located at 246 Bly Hollow Road, Cherry Plain, NY 12040, about 40 miles east of Albany. Find us on the map (for GPS, try 246 Bly Hollow Rd, Berlin, NY ). Yes, we are in rural New York!

Situated in a rustic, natural setting with a protected stream and plenty of woodlands, the Village is a three-season camp-like facility, with few indoor accommodations for sleeping and no running water. Except for July and August, it stays cool and often temperatures drop at night, even during summer months, requiring warm clothing and warm sleeping gear. Please come prepared for the cold !

Drinking water is provided from nearby Lebanon Springs or local well during events.

As you gear up to attend an event at the Village, please read the information below to make your experience as smooth as possible.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

If you are new to the Village, be mindful that it is a three season facility providing rustic accommodations. You are responsible for bringing your own bedding including sleeping bags, pillow cases and blankets. Sleeping options are:

rusticcabinCabins: unheated and undressed (no bedding).  Space available for up to 10 people with double-occupancy.

Rental fee for a cabin: $20/night (does not include meals).

Meeting Hall/the Lodge: This is our primary meeting space and is available for sleeping before and after an event. In case of inclement weather, it is also available for sleeping during an event. It is heated, and allows sleeping up to 6 people. There are couches and a few sleeping pads available on a first-come-first-use basis.

Rental fee for the Lodge: $10/night (does not include meals).
